Our Smiles for Life Society recognizes our most committed supporters who have generously remembered Smile Train in their estate plans. Your dedication in creating your philanthropic legacy will allow us to continue our important work of giving children around the world the gift of a smile well into the future.

Smile Train has sponsored more than 1.5 million free cleft surgeries since our founding in 1999. Even through the pandemic, our “teach a man to fish” model allowed us to continue to provide essential services like speech therapy, nutritional counseling, and tele-medicine visits to ensure that our patients were receiving care and attention. We are successful because of your support and concern for the children we help.
